Efficiency in Work
Full efficiency in work can be attained only when the entire equipment (body, mind and intellect) is completely tuned up. Where the body is (at work), the mind of the worker should be; his alert intellect should assume full command of both the body and the mind.

Work with a Different Significance
To work together for something which is not a self-projected idea has quite a different significance. It is not profitable for oneself or for one’s family or relations. But before we can find out what it is to work together in that way, we must eliminate in ourselves the various forms of compulsions.
